About Us

In 1997, the Molla family immigrated to the U.S. from Moldova with only two suitcases and a dream. Vladimir's greatest desire was to provide a better life for his children, and he worked tirelessly to build a legacy for his family. From a young age, Dennis would watch his father, learning the value of hard work and dedication. As he grew older, Dennis’s passion for construction deepened, leading him to follow in his father’s footsteps and join forces as a father-son duo. Together, they laid the foundation for what would become Redemption Builders.​

 

Vladimir and Dennis share a love for problem-solving and transforming visions into reality. With over 50 years of combined experience, they bring unmatched expertise and a personal touch to every project, ensuring that each job is completed with care, skill, and dedication. Alongside them, Dennis’s wife, Deana, plays a vital role in design and administration, adding both creativity and organization to the process. Together, they’ve built a reputation for creating beautiful solutions out of the most challenging and seemingly impossible spaces.
